Terms & Conditions


As per government regulations, all guests dining and all staff working in restaurants are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID19. 

We require full payment of your food menus at the time of booking ($320pp). This menu payment is non-refundable in the case of cancellation due to change of mind (including errors when making bookings online and changes in personal circumstances), reductions in the number of guests dining or in the event of a no-show. Attica will only offer refunds to the extent that we are required to by the law and we strongly recommend travel insurance if you are planning on dining as part of a domestic or international holiday.

Refunds will not be issued if one or more guests are not fully vaccinated against COVID19 (2 shots required), or fail to produce vaccination proof on arrival.

If the restaurant needs to close or is unable to accommodate your reservation due to COVID related restrictions (including but not limited to lockdown in Melbourne or government regulations reducing capacity) then we will send you a credit note for the total amount paid upon booking, to be used within 12 months of the date of your original booking. If the border closes between your residence and the restaurant, or if distance limits set by the government mean that you cannot attend your booking, then please email us at meet@attica.com.au at least 72 hours before your booking and we can reschedule to any available date up to 3 months in advance. We are not offering refunds.

Changes to dates may be allowed up to 72 hours prior to your booking and must be made via email to meet@attica.com.au . All changes will be based on availability.

Please be aware that government regulations require all guests to check in via the government app and to wear fitted  masks in the dining room except for when seated and eating or drinking.

We can cater to all dietary requirements if given advance notice. Please email us at meet@attica.com.au to advise us of your requirements, or add notes to the comments section when booking.

We are doing everything we can to keep our community, guests and staff safe, including sanitising all surfaces every hour, ensuring that we are abiding by density and social distancing rules and having a strict COVID-safe plan in place. Children are more than welcome to dine at Attica, but please be aware that no reduction in menu size or price is available for any child over 12 months old. If you are bringing your child along wth you then you must reserve them a seat and pay the menu price otherwise we will be unable to seat them at your table.
Babies under 12 months old can be seated on their parents laps and do not need to purchase a menu or reserve a seat. Space restrictions in the dining room mean prams and highchairs cannot be accommodated.

A 15% surcharge will be added on to the final bill of all bookings on Public Holidays. Credit card payments in the restaurant also attract a fee, but these are waived for the menu payment when booking.
