Attica Booking Terms and Conditions

We require full payment of your food menus at the time of booking ($320pp). This menu payment is non-refundable in the case of cancellation due to change of mind (including errors when making bookings online and changes in personal circumstances), reductions in the number of guests dining or in the event of a no-show. Attica will only offer refunds to the extent that we are required to by the law and we strongly recommend travel insurance if you are planning on dining as part of your trip.

If we need to cancel your booking due to changes in government regulations around COVID,  then all funds will be refunded immediately onto the credit card used for the original payment. You will be notified via email in this case with as much notice as we can provide. If we are required to reduce our capacity due to changes in government regulations, and are only able to honour some of the bookings we have taken on any particular evening, then we will honour the bookings made first and cancel and refund the bookings that were made at a later date. We will also offer first option for rebooking to any bookings that we have to cancel due to COVD related regulation changes.

Changes to dates may be allowed up to 72 hours prior to your booking, but all changes will be based on availability; if we have a table available on another date within 3 months that we can move you to then we will happily do so, but if we do not have availability then you will be required to honour your original booking.

Please be aware that government regulations require us to capture the full name and contact details of all guests over 12 months old attending the restaurant. This information will be kept for 28 days and used only for contact tracing purposes. This data will not be given to any third parties or used by us for any other reason than this.

As per Victorian law, all guests will be required to wear a fitted mask over their nose and mouth whilst inside the venue, except when they are seated for food and drinks.

We are doing everything we can to keep our community, guests and staff safe, including sanitising all surfaces every hour, ensuring that we are abiding by density and social distancing rules and having s strict COVID-safe plan in place. Children are more than welcome to dine at Attica, but please be aware that no reduction in menu size or price is available for any child over 12 months old. If you are bringing your child along wth you then you must reserve them a seat and pay the menu price otherwise we will be unable to seat them at your table.
Babies under 12 months old can be seated on their parents laps and do not need to purchase a menu or reserve a seat. Space restrictions in the dining room mean prams and highchairs cannot be accommodated.

A 15% surcharge will be added on to the final bill of all bookings on Public Holidays. Credit card payments in the restaurant also attract a fee, but these are waived for the menu payment when booking.
